• X-Ray Fluorescent Method for Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis of Coins from Cultural Triangle.

• Testing of Food and Non-Food~ Samples for Radioactive and Radioactivity Contamination from Import and Export Shipments. (Eg: Milk Powder, Tea, Desiccated Coconut, Spices, Meat Products, Milk Base Products, Liquids, Fertilizers, Cow Fiber, Etc.). And also Tested Samples of Food and Non-Food items Imported to Maldives for the Government of Maldives.

• Sterilization and Irradiation of Samples using Co-60 Irradiation Plant. Samples were brought by the various Organizations. (Eg: human Tissue and Human Bone for Implant of human from Tissue Bank, Rubber Latex for Vulcanization from Atomic Energy Authority, Plants and Seeds from Dept. of Agriculture Etc.

• Testing of Archeologically Valued Items to find out Internal Structure using Non Destructive Testing Method (Radiographic Testing~. Items were brought by the Cultural Triangle Project and Dept. of Archeology. (Eg: Jetawana Pot, Buddha Statue, Old Coins, Etc.)

• Testing of Radiation and Radioactivity Contamination in the Environment and at the various places using Radiation 1) Detectors (Survey Meters). (Eg: Area Monitoring in the Premises of University of Colombo, Tea Factories, Beruwala Beach, Bentota., Etc. and Contamination Test on Cigarettes Production Machines at the Ceylon Tobacco Company)

• Non-Destructive Testing Methods on Welded Plates to determine Internal Defects and Cracks. and Thickness Gauging to find out the correct Metal Thickness. This services were provided to the following Institutes.

• Radiographic Testing of “C” checks on Tristar Aircrafts at the Katunayake International Air Port for Air Lanka Ltd.

• Radiographic Testing on Huge Ships and High Speed Aluminum Boats at the Dry docks of Colombo harbor for Colombo Dockyard Ltd. Radiographic Testing on Penstock at the Bowatanna Power Station for Ceylon Electricity Board.

• Radiographic Testing on Fuel Storage Tanks and Tetra Ethyl Lead Plant at the Kolonnawa Fuel Storage Base for Ceylon Petroleum Corporation. Radiographic Testing on Aviation Fuel Distribution Line (8 inches 1) diameter) at the Katunayake International Air Port for Ceylon Petroleum Corporation.

• Radiographic Testing of Gas Cylinders at the Colombo Gas Company.
