need additional training in areas such as electronic instrumentation,
data acquisition, computer interfacing, and embedded system
development for their career development.
Training
Course on Microcontrollers and their Applications
CID conducts a training course on Microcontroller Programming
and its Application anually since 2004.In this course, participants
would get a chance to learn about and actually work with microcontrollers.
The theoretical concepts would be complemented by hands-on
experience in constructing electronic circuitry controlled
by microcontrollers.
Certificate
Course in Applied Electronics and Automation Technology
This course is designed for students who have sat their advanced
level examination. The objective of this course is to provide
basic knowledge together with some hands-on experience in
electronics and automation technology.
Workshop
on Electronic Design Automation [EDA] with cadence OrCAD
This is a two day workshop on EDA. It includes Schematic Capture
with Cpature SIS, simulations with PSpice, and PCB art work
designing with Layout Plus. This workshop is conducted anually.
Workshop
on Computer Aided Printed Circuit Board [PCB] Designing
This
one day workshop is targeted to the technical staff who have
been working with PCB and need to switch computer aided designing
techniques. |
