Master's Degree in Applied Statistics
Applications are invited for the above postgraduate degree program.
Program Structure and Duration:
Duration of the entire program is 2 years (4 semesters). The program consists of course work and a research project. Lectures will be conducted during Saturdays and two weekday evenings.
Eligibility and Admission Criteria:
A Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.) of a recognized University OR Any other equivalent qualification acceptable to the University of Colombo AND Any other requirement stipulated in the program.
Course Fee:
Rs. 100,000/-. In addition, students are expected to pay registration fees, library fees and examination fees.
Application Procedure:
Application for enrolment must be on prescribed forms available at the Academic & Publications Branch of the University on the payment of a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/-. Duly completed application forms should be submitted to the following address on or before 5th June 2009.
