The Faculty of Science

The Faculty of Science of the University of Colombo is located in the heart of the city with easy access from either, Reid Avenue or Cumaratunga Munidasa Mawatha. It consists of seven departments namely Chemistry, Mathematics, Nuclear Science, Physics, Plant Science, Statistics, and Zoology.

The University of Colombo Science and Technology Cell (UCSTEC) is established under the Faculty of Science to create nexus of the university, industry and the community.
