NILIS Library

The NILIS Library is considered as one of the best libraries in Sri Lanka on the library and information Science field. The library is equipped with valuable printed materials such as books, periodicals, seminar proceedings, reports. In addition to that electronic materials such as CDs, e-journals are also available. The collection also consists the materials on Education, Information and Communication Technology, Management, Research Methodology and related subjects. The library has access to the DELNET database which is considered as one of the leading e-resources in India . The library is used not only for the reading and reference purposes but for the training of students as well. The Library conducts information literacy programmes regularly.
