The centre
has already emerged as a specialized documentation and information
dissemination centre on various themes related to community
development studies and dissemination is carried out through
conferences, workshops, seminars, research publications,
and policy briefs. |

Collaboration |
| The CUCEC plans to establish
links with potential partner organizations in developed and
developing countries in research and training. The centre
had developed previously formal links with Ryukoku University,
Japan and Japan International Cooperation Agency, Norwegian
Institute of Urban and Regional Research (NIBR), Norway and
informal links with several other institutions in Asia and
Europe. |

| Financial
Resources |
The CUCEC
at present is entirely self-financing. It generates funds
from two major sources: research and advisory services;
training and education. The principal clients of the centre
are government agencies, regional and local authorities,
donors and international agencies. |
