The Special feature of the Convocation

The Special feature of the Convocation was the conferment of the Degree of Doctor of Laws (Honoris Causa) on His Excellency President Mahinda Rajapaksa and the Degree of Doctor of Letters (Honoris Causa) on Gotabaya Rajapaksa, the Secretary of the Ministry of Defense, Public Security, Law and Order. The Convocation Address was delivered by His Excellency Mahinda Rajapaksa at the last session of the Convocation.
